By using Idensphere, a service provided by a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Idensphere.

Idensphere provides an AI-powered platform that allows registered users to upload documents, videos, and other textual materials for the purpose of generating question-and-answer pairs. We offer both free and paid plans on a recurring payment model via Stripe.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any features at our discretion without notice.

Registration

All users must register to use our services. Only one account is permitted per person. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep your credentials secure.

Usage Restrictions

Uploading compressed files (e.g., .zip, .rar) is strictly prohibited. Accounts may be terminated if any abuse or violation of our policies is detected.

Users must not:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity
• Upload malware or harmful content
• Impersonate others or submit false information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our services

All original software, design, and content remain the intellectual property of Idensphere. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, and we claim no rights over it.

Uploaded content is encrypted after AI-generated Q&A are produced. These encrypted files are stored securely on our VPS. Q&A data, linked to your account, remains unencrypted to power AI features. We do not store or transmit raw files to any third-party. AI models are served via OpenAI under a non-training agreement.

Users may request deletion or download of their data at any time.

All responses and outputs generated by our platform’s AI are based solely on the data provided by the user. Idensphere makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the AI’s responses. This service is not intended for use in medical, legal, or critical decision-making scenarios. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret or act on AI-generated content.

We use Stripe for processing recurring payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a regular basis. There is no refund policy once a payment is processed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in case of policy violations, security threats, or system abuse. Upon termination, all user access will cease immediately.

Idensphere provides its service "as is" and disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We are not responsible for any loss, misinterpretation, or harm caused by reliance on AI-generated outputs.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any modifications.
